9’0″ 6-wt, 4-pc fly rod         comes with partitioned cloth liner and aluminum rod tube

Built on a Sector 9′ 6-weight blank but fitted with freshwater components, the Scott New Zealand Special is designed for power fishing in freshwater environments.  The concept was to deliver saltwater power with freshwater lightness.  Beautifully finished and covered by Scott’s Unconditional Lifetime Warranty, the New Zealand Special is a wicked tool for fishing streamers and large dry flies on big water in windy conditions.  Well designed for its namesake country, the NZ Special is also right at home in Patagonia, the Northern Rockies and Alaska.
