The Scott GT Series was created on the paradigm that the fly fishing world deserved something authentically new.  How could Scott improve upon its untouchable legacy of crafting finesse fly rods?  Answer:  By designing new models with innovational traits, rods that are uniquely compelling to the experienced angler, all tuned to the state of the art with materials, resins and a new Scott Internal Ferrule that have never been utilized in previous G Series rods.  The new Scott GT (G Tech) is superior by design and original in length/line weight/rod piece configurations.

Classically adorned with red, burgundy, and silver accent wraps, the GT Series pays homage to the original Scott G rods. Deep red cocobolo wood spacers with rich figuring are framed by a matte black Type 3 reel seat, completing the rod’s elegant, timeless aesthetic.

Every detail reflects Scott’s commitment to refinement: classic western-finish cork grips, measuring wraps, and Scott’s hand-signed blank all underscore the brand’s meticulous attention to craftsmanship.
