Reviews

  1. I’ve been using the Fishpond Firehole Backpack since it first came out and have nothing but great things to say about it. I never thought I would fish out of a backpack until I got this bag. It is significantly more comfortable on long days than a lumbar pack or sling pack which can both cause back pain for a lot of people. The bag itself can fit plenty of gear, layers, snacks, and water while still remaining comfortable. The wader and boot pouch on the outside is very helpful if you’re hiking in or out of your favorite fishing spot and want to keep wet gear from mingling with things you want to keep dry. All in all this is a fantastic backpack that is comfortable, durable, lightweight, and easy to fish out of.
