Product Description

Almost twenty years ago, the original Waterdance was born. Since then, it has occupied a special place in our lumbar pack lineup as the first choice for guides across the Rocky Mountain region and around the world. In its latest configuration, the Waterdance Pro Guide Pack builds on a laundry list of terrific features. Two large main compartments offer enough room for three to four large fly boxes, countless accessories, and an extra layer if the weather doesn’t cooperate. It’s clear why the most demanding fly guides choose this pack over any other on the market.

Reviews

  1. The Fishpond Waterdance Pro Hip Pack is one of the most convenient packs I’ve seen to fish out of. Like many others, I used the original Waterdance pack for years and was sad to see it go, but the Pro version is even better. It has plenty of volume for a long day on the water, but it isn’t too big to where I feel the necessity to fill it with extra stuff. The various zippered compartments on this pack is one of my favorite features. I tend to be pretty well organized and it’s super easy with this pack. Just like all Fishpond packs, you have several points where you can add different accessories. This is something that I personally pay a lot of attention to. The less time you have to spend in your pack picking through tools, fly boxes, and various essentials, the better! (More time actually fishing). I’ve owned far too many fishing packs to count over the years, but this pack is right near the top of the list for my favorites.
